Clube da Esquina

In this deeply personal duo with pianist Gideon van Gelder, I dive into the emotional and poetic universe of Milton Nascimento and the legendary Clube da Esquina movement. Through soulful arrangements and intimate interpretations, we explore the rich layers of Brazilian musical heritage and give them new life — shaped by our own voices, stories, and connection.

LIDA

Together with the brilliant guitarist Daniel Montes, we take audiences on a chronological journey through the rich history of Brazilian music — from its early folk roots to the vibrant rhythms of today. Blending voice and guitar with warmth and authenticity, our performances offer an intimate and unforgettable musical experience that speaks straight to the heart.

Lilian Vieira Trio

Together with Marijn van der Linden (cavaquinho, guitars) and Udo Demandt (percussion), I take you on a journey to our Brazil. For me, it’s the land where I was born; for Marijn and Udo, it’s the country they’ve come to love deeply. This shared connection results in an immersive Brazilian performance filled with lyrics, stories, and grooves that are both deeply personal and universally resonant — where joy and melancholy are inextricably linked.

Cantorias
